These Programs RateUTK programs continue to place among the nation's best in U.S. rankings. The MBA program in environmental management was rated in the top 10 in a survey by the World Resources Institute, an independent center for research and technical assistance. Other top programs include those at Harvard, Northwestern, and the University of Virginia. About 50 U.S. business schools offer courses that combine environment and business study. Recent surveys by the news magazine U.S. News and World Report ranked UTK's speech pathology program 21st in the nation, tied with several others; the legal clinic 22nd; and among graduate programs, business, 43rd of 300 schools surveyed, education, 48 of 191, and law, 48 of 174 surveyed.
